Engr. Md. Abu Yousuf, presently works in MnM Power Solutions as CEO (Power Plant O&M Division) since December 2026.

Former Lead-Bangladesh in Sales & Marketing of BHEL-GE Gas Turbine Services Pvt. Ltd.  (BGGTS) (Joint Venture Company between GE, USA and BHEL, India)  and worked for 10 years.

Life Fellow of Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).

 13 years’ work experience with PCL (Representative of BGGTS as a General Manager  and 14 years with Bayazid Industries Ltd (An enterprise of Sena Kalyan Sangstha manufacturing factory for producing Electric high tension line items  (SKS) including Bangladesh Industrial Ltd. (Sister concern of Pran-RFL Group) as a General Manager for  Sales, Marketing & maintenance of Lift and Generator.

He completed Graduation from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET) (Former Rajshahi Engineering College and Bangladesh Institute of Technology) in 1987 and Master’s Degree in Common wealth Executive MBA from Bangladesh Open University in 2010.

Successfully achieved more than USD 50 million business from power sector and other utilities through GE designed Fr-9E, 6B, 6FA & 5 Gas Turbines, Parts Supply, Parts Refurbishment, Control up gradation & Providing Services.

As a Country lead, his responsibility was to provide deliberate the leadership, impartial partnership and dealing company operations & administration, achieving goal and sustainable growth of business in Bangladesh.

He is a Techno-Commercial expert in Sales & Marketing and Project Management especially in different GE designed power plants under Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB), Rural Power Company of Bangladesh (RPCL), and Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh (EGCB) including Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) of Bangladesh.

He visited USA, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Hungary, Austria, China, Singapore, Qatar, Thailand, Malaysia, and India for business purposes during his tenor.
