Mr. Rafiqul Islam has 44 years of successful professional experience. He has gained extensive

knowledge and leadership skills during his tenure in the Power Sector.

Mr. Rafiqul Islam has worked for BPDB almost 25 years and served the company in system planning and design, protection.

After that he worked for PGCB 7 years and retired from the post of DGM.

He has an impressive educational background where he graduated as a Electrical Engineer from Khulna Engineering College (now KUET) in 1977. He is attended some professional training in abroad.

Mr. Raifqul Islam is an expert of design and grid impact analysis of electrical substation, power transmission lines, renewable power plants etc.

He is dedicated, cultured and well decorated engineer for our company.
